A single registration gives you the right to use TransMarket. Now you can give others from your company, the rights to use the system |

You must immediately notify TransMarket if someone uses your user name and password. TransMarket will stop immediately his actions, and give you new user name and password. This is highly important, as someone pretending to be you, can seriously damage your authority |

Precision. You are fully responsible for the information you publish on the site. It is your responsibility to watch for it, update it or delete it, if not current or violating the terms. TransMarket is tracking down the information despite it is not TransMarket responsibility to update or delete it, even if it is considered for abusing and do not follow the terms of use |

Using the information. All the information you receive or see at the site, you can use it , but you cannot rent it or give to third parties. If you violate this requirement in 2.3. you violate the contract with TransMarket and you will be expelled from the system and you will bear the amenability in your sole country |

Taxes |

The registration in the system is free |

The monthly fee is published at the site http://www.trans-market.net/prices/ |

You can be allowed to have free access if TransMarket considers to give such to you. |

| 4.4. |
TransMarket reserves the rights to change or/and update the prices at each particular moment with one month notification. |

| 4.5. |
All collected taxes are non-refundable. |

| 5. |
Canceling the contract. This contract can be canceled from both sides with preliminarily notification in each particular moment. In case the contract is broken TransMarket will permanently delete all the information connected to you and also deactivate your user names and passwords |

Warranty. |

TransMarket has the possibility to support the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless preliminarily reported time for reconstruction, prophylaxis and reasonable downtimes of the connection usual for all companies providing Internet solutions |

Third party sites. TransMarket consists links pointing to other sites containing useful information but NOT property of TransMarket. TransMarket takes no responsibility for the accuracy offered at such sites, also takes no responsibility for any possibility those sites being not reachable for any reason |

If you are not satisfied with the services offered by TransMarket you can stop using the system, and deactivate your user name. This is your right considering the Terms of use of the system TransMarket. There are no circumstances or legal theory for which TransMarket will take responsibility for indirect incidents, which caused loss of files, profiles or any kind of information. TransMarket does NOT take any responsibility of such losses |

Other. Those Terms of use are legal agreement between you and TransMarket for using TransMarket. All comments and questions regarding this contract must be sent in written and signed by hand form and clear formulated to the mail addresses provided |
